I love this little cafe! The service is always so nice. I stopped in to grab a few items for a beach picnic and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They are always lovely and so friendly! The food is delicious too. It’s one of our favorite stops every time we are in Laguna. Will see you all next year when we are back in town!
We absolutely loved strawberry cafe. We originally came for the oatmeal which looked lovely with strawberries and bananas on top. We were sad and happy to find out it was out! That means it’s so good. The service was prime! We loved watching everything look so efficient and everyone was working really hard. The line was long but we were seen pretty quickly. The food was fresh and delicious. The owner even came over and said kind words to us. We brought our puppy who’s a little reactive but he did really well even with another dog. It’s a great place for close areas to really train a dog to sit under the table and get used to a lot of foot traffic. We will definitely be back.

The sweetest little cafe that was close by my hotel stay for a short weekend that had a great selection of coffee, savory sandwiches and quesadillas, as well as pastries! It was hard to choose with a wonderful selection! Portion was huge (chicken pesto quesadilla) and delicious! Everything I had hit the spot and was the perfect stop before my travel back home. Highly recommend, the staff is so friendly and genuine, which is so inviting. I will make sure to come back for other treats and breakfast next time in Laguna Beach. Be sure to make a stop here for a bite, coffee, and sweet pastry! 🩷
I come here specifically for their chocolate chip cookies because they are absolutely amazing, but the reason I am writing this review is because of their unbelievable service. This afternoon I went in to get a cookie and they were out - I kid you not, the (I assume) owner or manager literally offered to drive to Newport Beach to bring me one today or anytime I want tomorrow. I haven’t experienced such thoughtful and over-the-top service in so long and this is a place I urge everyone to support. Their food, treats, and drinks are amazing AND they have top notch service, plus good music playing every time I go in. It’s a must-go place!
Super cute place. Loved the atmosphere of the sitting area. There was quite a long line to order. We ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon and avocado, and a savory crepe with veggies, feta cheese and pesto. Both very good sized portions for the price. The burrito tasted great. Somehow, when I took the first bite of the crepe, I almost started to cry, it tasted so good. Also had a Nutella scone, which tasted more like chocolate than Nutella, but I very much appreciated that it was not overly sweet. Iced latte was okay. Would definitely come back.
Atmosphere: Such a great use of the old Koffee Klatch space. Free WiFi, about 5–6 cozy two-top tables inside, & plenty of shaded outdoor seating tucked in the little alley with peek-a-boo beach views. Laid-back & beachy..perfect for sipping, people-watching, or opening the laptop to get a little work done. Menu: A little something for everyone..breakfast items, baked goods, sandwiches & wraps, salads, coffees, matchas, & smoothies. The half sandwich or wrap with half salad combo sounded like a great deal at $15, with plenty of fresh, vibrant ingredients that actually make you want to order a salad. Drinks: • Iced Strawberry Matcha (x2): Absolutely delicious, refreshing, and balanced. • Arnold Palmer: Perfectly tart but still full of tea flavor — they nailed that balance that’s often hard to get right. • Iced Unsweetened Black Peach Tea: Just as it sounds — clean, crisp, and wonderful. Service: Friendly, efficient, & easygoing. Drinks came out quickly and were beautifully presented. Value: Very fair pricing considering the quality, beachside location, & ambiance. The $15 half-and-half combo feels like an excellent deal for the area. Parking: Street parking by meter..typically easy to find a spot nearby.
Wild Strawberry Cafe is easily one of my favorites. I love the strawberry matcha it’s hands down my go-to every time. Milan is always so friendly and makes the experience even better. The pastries are amazing, especially the Nutella crêpe, and the breakfast burritos are absolutely delicious. The environment is the best a small, cozy café with the perfect vibe for a relaxed morning or a cute little date. Highly recommend checking it out!
Everything here is pretty perfect. The delicious, creative, reasonably priced, well selected array of food choices. Some items are to die for, like the decadent Cherry Bomb, aptly named. Best of all, the consummate, professional but casual fun service and management, from owner Melina to equally friendly and beautiful servers like Kirstin. The total ambiance, convenient location, and all the wonderful customers who’ve this a home away from home, like me after tennis. People are so welcoming here and bring your dog friends too. This is my new favorite cafe in Laguna! The staff is very friendly and the food and drinks are delicious. I love the atmosphere as well. This has been the perfect pit stop for me and my baby daughter on a morning walk.
